There food is absolutely SO good we sit to dine and the employees are SO nice and sweet

This DQ has the most ridiculous drive thru entrance. DO NOT pull into entrance of store. You have to go to truck stop entrance to access drive through. If you pull into restaurant entrance and follow arrows you will be going wrong way and be in truck stop parking. Totally redneck Tallapoosa! Service is slow as hell too!

I just get ice cream here.its always good.

Service was quick, accurate and friendly. However, a friend of the staff stood at the counter eating Spicy Doritos and sucking her fingers and then stepped behind the counter too help herself to the fountain drinks.

Awesome place to grab a blizzard. I personally suggest the cookie jar blizzard. Absolutely out of this world for the old sweet tooth !!! 5 stars all the way. Friendly staff and fast service.

I.was craving something chocolate and my husband went and got me a turtle pecan blizzard. It was delicious!!!!!!

Do not waste your money. The service was bad. The cashier didn’t know what he was doing. We went for lunch and they didn’t have any sweet tea made. They forgot the toast in our chicken strip baskets. The fries and gravy were lukewarm. The chicken strips tasted like the oil needed to be changed. My friend had a cheeseburger and it tasted horrible. She lost her appetite. The dining area was dirty and we had to clean our own tables. As we were leaving, the guy who was cooking sneezed and went back to working. He didn’t step away to wash his hands. We definitely will not be back.

This is NOT a "Participating Location"Stopped in at this location to take advantage of the limited time offer DQ 80th Birthday celebration where you buy a Blizzard at regular price and get the second for only $.80. Was charged full price for both and when I ask about the $.80 BOGO I was told by the cashier that "they weren't participating in that offer". My large Reese's Blizzard also had very little Reese's in it and the bottom 1/3 of the cup was nothing but pure ice-cream. If you're passing thru the area, my suggestion would be to skip this location and keep traveling to the next DQ that actually participates in the company branded promotions.

they had ran out of lettuce today 😭

The cashier didn't seem to know how to put together 3 children's bags. I said 3 bags 1 with a banana one with fry's 1 with Apple sauce. That seemed confusing in had repeat several times. Then I had to ask for the banana and I was handed an old 1 that looked beat up. The waitress took it back and did get me a better 1. Then when it came time for the ice cream cones the ice cream was very soft and was melting very fast. Over all it was not a very pleasant experience.

I’m not being rude or mean, just honest. i don’t know how this place is still open. i went today to give it another try from a previous visit and it was a mistake. i ordered cheese curds, pretzel sticks and a buffalo chicken snack melt. the cheese curds were cooked so long the cheese oozed out and was black from being fried so long. all of them were missing the cheese. when i picked up the box of pretzels oil or butter poured out of it, though they tasted fine they were just soaking in the grease. the snack melt was so hot from being microwaved my finger tips are burnt from picking it up. when i could pick it the tortilla was hard from the microwave. it tasted fine but was completely orange from the grease. the staff is very nice, last time i went my order was wrong and they fixed it with no problem. if you are going for smoothies or ice cream it is wonderful! if you’re looking for dinner i suggest you look somewhere else.

Building seems to be getting older. Small complaint: I was a little worried when my nephew went to the restroom on his own because they are a little secluded and out of the way from the main dining area, and I was like what if he got kidnapped??? Great desserts though.

Dairy Queen is the place to be not only for a sweet tooth for ice cream but also for a good satisfying lunch. They have amazing meals such as chicken fingers and hamburgers as well as much more. Not to mention the vast majority of tasty ice cream. Definitely one of my favorites.

I love their sundaes on Fridays. Great place for a snack, quick bite, meal, or afternoon dessert.

Great place to eat food prepared fresh and the smallest girl that served us has for the past 2 years.
